- 1987年，“克莱斯勒”（Chrysler Corporation）以2500万美金，买下所有权。
- 1993年11月，“MegaTech”（Megatech Control Ltd.）向“克莱斯勒”以4100万美金，买下制造工厂与技术部门。
- 1998年6月22日，“奥迪汽车”付1亿美金，买下“MegaTech”（Megatech Control Ltd.）所占的40%股份和“Mycom”所占的60%股份，成为35年来第7位拥有者[2]。目前，为大众汽车集团间接所持有的品牌名称之一。
